Ordering Policy
You must be 18 or older to place an order on AlphaMunitions.com. Products are available for domestic purchase only in accordance with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) 22 CFR Parts 120-130. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to know and follow your Federal, State and Local laws and regulations prior to ordering anything from AlphaMunitions.com. Any person ordering from AlphaMunitions.com, warrants that he or she is of legal age and is not prohibited or restricted from ordering, possessing or owning these products under law and understand that these products cannot be resold to anyone that does not comply with the above criteria.
Payment & Taxes
Payment must be made at time of purchase with a credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. We do not accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks or business checks. AlphaMunitions.com store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered in Utah. For Orders outside of Utah, it is the purchaser’s sole responsibility for all sales or other taxes.
Shipping
Processing and handling times average 2-3 business days if product is in stock. We ship anywhere in the United States and shipment times are estimated based upon the carrier. Alpha Munitions is not responsible or liable for items shipped to the wrong address due to customer’s error upon submitting their order.
Warranty / Product Returns
Product will be replaced if defective in manufacture. Warranty is limited to the value of the product shipped that does not conform to manufacturer’s specifications. Products are sold F.O.B. Alpha Munitions facility. Alpha Munitions is not liable for product damaged in transit. Any returns must be approved by Alpha Munitions and be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number.
